Love this mascara! I haven't been able to wear makeup in a decade because my eyes "over react" to anything artificial, chemicals etc. Thanks to Rachel for all of your help in providing numerous samples for me to try out on my sensitive & eczema prone skin.

I absolutely love this shampoo.When I first used it didn't lather much but with further applications it seemed to lather more and more. It leaves your hair feeling gorgeous. My hair felt soft, shiny, manageable and light. Best shampoo I've ever used. Smells beautiful and best thing about it is all natural ingredients so its kind to your delicate hair. I purchase a lot of PP products and love them all, some are brilliant. Unfortunately I didn't like this mascara. It doesn't lengthen or thicken your lashes. It powders off at the end of the day giving you panda eyes. I'm aware of the cornflour trick but its inconvenient for me as I would like to just wear my mascara and go. Its great for someone who just wants to slightly define their lashes and it is not cloggy or heavy. Great for sensitive eyes as it has no irritation, chemicals smell or clumpiness.

REPLY from Amanda: thank you for your review Abi and honest comments on this product. The Paul Penders mascara is a very popular product, however, it certainly does not suit everyone. It is a very natural mascara, and the downside of that is that it is not smudgeproof/waterproof and therefore a light layer is best for those who prefer a natural look. It is absolutely superb for those with ultra sensitive eyes. The cornflour trick is where you add a layer of cornflour by using a clean, damp mascara brush after the first application, then let it dry and put another coat of the mascara on top of it. REPLY from Amanda: Thank you for your honest review on the Paul Penders mascara. This mascara does not suit everyone but is great for a really natural look and better applied on the top lashes only. It is however, not waterproof, and will smudge if the eyes are rubbed! However, it is absolutely perfect for those who have very sensitive eyes and cannot wear a mainstream mascara, or who do not want to, because of the chemicals in them, but we do appreciate that it does not suit everyone.

Our beauty advisor, Angie Crowne recommends that if you want a more made up thicker look, try putting on the first coat, then getting a dry mascara brush, wetting it and dipping it in cornflour and comb the lashes with this, then apply a second coat. This mascara is lovely! It provides good coverage to the lashes and doesn't run! My eyes are clear and not irritated. It is great to have found something that does the job intended, without the toxins. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends (Posted on 6/8/10)

Amazing product, gives lashes a lovely lustrous sheen, does not clog and clump like other mascaras, lashes feel moisturised and natural, yet still enhanced. I have been looking for this product for a long time. Does not irritate eyes. Good strong black colour. Highly recommended. Will never use another brand! (Posted on 4/22/10)

I have been using the Paul Penders mascara for years now - great product (dont expect it to be waterproof though as it doesnt have chemicals in). It doesnt thicken lashes but that suits me as I like a natural look and onlu use a mascara because my eyelashes are so fair they disappear!

REPLY from Amanda: If you prefer thicker lashes; try adding a tiny amount of cornflour onto a clean mascara brush and then apply to your upper lashes over the first coat of mascara. Let it dry and then apply a second coat of mascara. (Posted on 4/20/10)
