I suffer regularly with stress related psoriasis and eczema on my scalp - despite using high quality shampoos and conditioners.
All the 'over the counter' products never really worked, and seemed to dry my hair out even more!
I thought i'd try a different approach, as i'd learnt to with my skin care, and try and organic product, as i'm already a 'convertee' to Paul Penders facial skin care range, I tried this product, and loved it!
I apply it after i've washed my hair, and towel dried it, and apply it to my scalp all over, rather than just the effected area, and it has a lovely cooling and soothing feeling straight away.
I have applied it when my scalp has been itchy when my hair was dried, but applied it at bed time, knowing that i'd be washing my hair in the morning, as if you apply it dry, and it can make you hair look a little 'lack lustre', hence why its better to apply to when you hair is wet, as both your scalp and hair dry at the same time.

My only negative about the product, is i'd like to have read more guidance/instructions on the application of the product. Also, the bottle it comes in, makes it fiddly to apply, and you can squeeze more out than you actually want. However, I bought some empty syringe bottles from the pharmacy to aid application, which work a treat, as you can control the amount you want to apply to your scalp, and you can apply directly to the areas you want on your scalp soo easily.

Overall, I would highly recommend this product.

I have suffered all my life from an irritated, red and itchy scalp which was diagnosed as psoriasis and for which I have had to use steroid scalp lotion which helped to contain it but never heal it and with all the bad side effects you have to accept.

After spending a fortune on the best shampoos and conditioners and scalp tonics I could find both in the high street and on the internet - all to no avail - I am so content to have found Paul Penders products by chance on the internet.

I ordered the Holy Basil Conditioning Scalp Toner and on the very first application without even using their matching shampoo and conditioner - i felt an instant calming sensation and from the very first day my scaly scalp condition ceased. I then bought the matching Jasmine shampoo and lemon conditioner and for the first time I have a normal scalp.

Having read reports that the Jasmine shampoo doesn't lather up much - i use a very small amount - about 5ml first which doesn't give much lather - but on the second application of another 5ml I get a very good lather. You only have to use very small quantities of it compared to other shampoos and therefore works out quite economical.

This is the first time I have ever written a report on any product but because I have had such spectacular results I thought other people suffering from the same condition as myself may benefit from my findings.
