I've spent too many years and too much money trying to find a mascara that doesn't clump and finally I have found one. I'm sticking with this product - it feels lovely and light and really lengthens your lashes. If you want them to be more striking for a night out you may need to add another mascara on top but for during the day this is just right. A little bit of smudging (if any) can easily be removed with a cotton bud after application. More importantly (for me) there are no clumps, which are far harder to remove. I highly recommend. After trying many different mascaras I will be sticking with this one from now on. It gives your lashes lost of length with no clumping - the clumping being a major problem for me with all other mascaras even when they claim not to. It separates each lash and gives a beautiful colour that feels light and healthy. (Posted on 2/15/12)

This mascara is nice and natural. As stated by previous reviews it does not stay on all day and smudges under the eye. However, after having bad reactions to conventional mascara, this is gentle and does not seem to make my eyes hurt. (Posted on 5/2/11)

It's very easy to apply and doesn't irritate my eyes. It's not waterproof but then I wouldn't expect something so natural to be. If you care about eye health, this is the mascara to use. (Posted on 7/15/10)

I have very sensitive eyes and havent been able to find a mascara which I can wear without my eyes streaming but the Nvey one seems to work for me. It doesnt stay on as well as one of those full of nasty chemicals but I wouldnt expect it to. I only apply it to my top lashes but it looks really nice and very natural! (Posted on 4/20/10)

REPLY from Amanda: Many thanks for your review Carol. Our organic mascaras do not stay on as long as ones which contain waterproof ingredients etc., but there are a couple of things you can do to help:
1. Ensure that you have allowed your moisturiser to sink in well under your eyes before applying your foundation and concealer (if used).
2. Blot area under eyes with tissue to ensure that there are no oils present from any makeup or moisturiser.
3. If you have an oily skin, apply transluscent powder to the eye area before applying mascara.
4. If after trying the above you still find that the mascara smudges - try using it just on the upper lashes. This gives a very up to date natural look!
