I was converted to the Paul Penders skin care range a few years ago now, and this toner is lovely. Its effective, yet gentle and doesnt dry your skin like the majority of most toners, and smells lovely. I've got quite sensitive skin, and suffer from occasional outbreaks of eczema for varying reasons, and the toner is still gentle enough to use. Highly recommend!! (Posted on 4/9/10)
