The herb 'Maca' has been used for thousands of years in Peru, and was a greatly revered herbal of the Inca civilization.

Full of amino acids, complex carbohydrates and essential fatty acids,  Maca is also rich in the  vitamins B1, B2, B12, C, and E, and a range of minerals including calcium and magnesium.
