Paul Penders has long had a record of fighting for animal rights and because of his actions in Holland and protests against animal testing in cosmetics, The Netherlands was in fact the first european country to ban the testing of cosmetic ingredients on animals. Needless to say, Paul Penders products have never been tested on animals, and the majority of the range (apart from a very few lip colours) are completely vegan friendly. All the products in this section are completely safe for a vegan to use.
