Ethanol alcohol is alcohol that can be ingested. It is rum-based alcohol, so it may be better for those who prefer to stay away from grains and the standard grain alcohols. Other alcohols are poisonous and toxic if ingested. eg. isopropyl alcohol or rubbing alcohol is such an example and is linked to cancers.
