Recommended Dose:
One tablet per day with food for 4 days prior to your holiday, whilst away and for 4 days when you return home.
Contra-indications:
Not suitable for individuals taking anti-blood clotting medication such as Warfarin, Heparin, Coumarin or Aspirin. This product should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding unless advised by a medical practitioner.
