Paul Penders Nutritious Colour Mascaras - 8ml
A perfect, conditioning mascara with no tar, alcohol or petroleum-based chemical drying agents. Panthenol is included for its ability to thicken lashes. Available in two shades; Black and Dark Brown.
Many mainstream mascaras contain tar but Paul Penders natural mascaras have natural waxes and plant oils instead, including Carnauba Wax and Linseed and Wheatgerm Oils. Also contains Vit.B (panthenol) to strengthen and thicken the eye lashes. The natural formulations make Paul Penders mascaras suitable for contact lense wearers and for those with very sensitive eyes.

Rating I absolutely love this shampoo.When I first used it didn't lather much but with further applications it seemed to lather more and more. It leaves your hair feeling gorgeous. My hair felt soft, shiny, manageable and light. Best shampoo I've ever used. Smells beautiful and best thing about it is all natural ingredients so its kind to your delicate hair. Rating I purchase a lot of PP products and love them all, some are brilliant. Unfortunately I didn't like this mascara. It doesn't lengthen or thicken your lashes. It powders off at the end of the day giving you panda eyes. I'm aware of the cornflour trick but its inconvenient for me as I would like to just wear my mascara and go. Its great for someone who just wants to slightly define their lashes and it is not cloggy or heavy. Great for sensitive eyes as it has no irritation, chemicals smell or clumpiness.
REPLY from Amanda: thank you for your review Abi and honest comments on this product. The Paul Penders mascara is a very popular product, however, it certainly does not suit everyone. It is a very natural mascara, and the downside of that is that it is not smudgeproof/waterproof and therefore a light layer is best for those who prefer a natural look. It is absolutely superb for those with ultra sensitive eyes. The cornflour trick is where you add a layer of cornflour by using a clean, damp mascara brush after the first application, then let it dry and put another coat of the mascara on top of it. Its a great way to thicken lashes without resorting to any chemical or animal derived ingredients! (Posted on 12/4/11) -
