Paul Penders Nutritious Color Eye Pencils
A long-lasting eye liner pencil currently available in natural royal blue, black and brown to define and accent the eyes. Can even be used as an eyeshadow when combined with a drop of our moisturizer. Contains natural waxes and plant oils. This eye liner will go on smoothly and is soft enough not to pull the delicate area around the eyes - natural formulation is suitable for the most sensitive eyes and contact lense wearers.
Candelilla Wax, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, castor wax, vegetable wax, coconut oil, vegetable stearic acid, carnuba wax. May contain: titanium dioxide, iron oxides, carmine, mica and silica as natural colours.
